Food lovers can look forward to a selection of cheese and sausage specialties, marinated salmon, Black Forest trout fillets, and other fine products. The sausage specialties come from the regional butcher shop Mohr. Artisanal Faller jams, honey straight from the beekeeper, and a selection of teas round out the offerings.
